<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>1. The doctrine of laches is not ordinarily applicable to defeat a stale claim unless it would be inequitable to allow the party to maintain the claim, and the mere lapse of time is not sufficient to require the application of the doctrine.</p> <p>P. 87</p> <p>2. Where both parties, to a transaction have full knowledge of all the facts, there can be no estoppel by conduct.</p> <p>P. 87</p>
