<p>Syllabus.</p> <p>1. Attorney’s fees cannot be recovered for the dissolution of an injunction not dissolved on rule or motion, but only af-. ter a hearing upon the merits of the case.</p> <p>2. The'term “possessor in good faith” is purely technical and applies-only to one who possesses for himself in the belief that he is owner of the land he holds; not to one who occupies land by permission of another.</p>
