<p>Municipal Court of Appeals—Appeal—Dismissal—Certiorari.—The municipal court of appeals of the city and. county of San Francisco had jurisdiction to dismiss an appeal for failure to prosecute it. Consequently, a dismissal of an appeal for failure to prosecute it, although erroneous, cannot he reviewed on certiorari.</p>
