Syllabus

Negligence bailment- Plaintiff, an inmate, sought damages for property defendant's agents lost after packing up plaintiff's belongings before his transfer to another correctional facility. Plaintiff provided inconsistent documentation. The court found plaintiff failed to prove a loss as to some of the items but awarded damages to plaintiff for other items after determining depreciation.
