<p>Eminent Domain. Appeal. Dismissal.</p> <p>Under Code 1906, sections 1871-1872 (Hemingway’s Code, section 1509-1510), providing that every party shall'have the right to appeal to the circuit court from the finding of a jury in a special court of eminent domain by executing a bond with sufficient sureties, and that the appeal shall not operate as a supersedeas, where a landowner accepts money assessed by an eminent domain court, he is estopped to appeal to the circuit court.</p>
