Syllabus

Former nursing students appeal from the trial court's dismissal of their claims for breach of contract, negligence, fraud, and violations of the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act, brought against a private nursing school. Allegations of plaintiffs' amended complaint are sufficient to withstand Civ.R. 12(B)(6) motion to dismiss. Judgment reversed and matter remanded.
