<p>APPEAL — WHEN TIME BEGINS TO BUN — COEBECTION OF OBIGINAL JUDGMENT ENTBY.</p> <p>Where a default judgment erroneously entered against plaintiff, instead of a judgment of dismissal upon an order sustaining a demurrer to his complaint, has been set aside and a proper judgment entry made, the date of entry of the original judgment is the time from which to compute the running of the period of limitation governing appeals.</p>
