<p>Judicial Sales. Chancery court. Possession of purchaser. Conjwmat/lon.</p> <p>On setting aside a conveyance for fraud, and subjecting to the complainants’ demand the lands therein described, it is error for the chancery court to direct that the purchaser at the sale under its decree be put in possession prior to confirmation of such sale.</p>
