<p>Municipal Corporations. Taxation. Change in boundaries.</p> <p>Property situated within the corporate limits of a municipality on the first of February of any year is liable for the municipal taxes, of that year, though later removed or excluded from the city limits before the assessment and levy of these taxes.</p>
