<p>VENDOR AND PURCHASER — BONA FIDE PURCHASER-UNRECORDED EQUITIES.</p> <p>If a purchaser in good faith acquires from the patentee or his heirs lands against which no adverse title is recorded, he needs no prescription to protect his ownership, and cannot be affected by equities between his vendor and other persons of which the public records afford no information, nor, in such case, will his title, or that of his vendee, thus originally good, be invalidated by information, subsequently obtained, concerning such equities.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
