<p>DIVORCE-ACTION EOR ALIMONY AETER DECREE.</p> <p>Where in an action for divorce the court has jurisdiction over the status of the plaintiff only, the defendant not having heen personally served and not having submitted to the jurisdiction of the court, the wife may, subsequent to divorce, obtain from the court of the domicile of the husband further relief as to the property and alimony.</p>
