Syllabus

<p>Whore a temporary injunction has been granted by a Circuit Judge to prevent the erection of a building on a strip of land alleged to have been dedicated as a street, and an appeal taken from this order, and it is impossible from the condition of the record to pass satisfactorily upon the questions presented the order appealed from will be affirmed in order that the facts may be more clearly presented on final hearing.</p>
