<p>Divorce — Grounds.</p> <p>Whilst condemnation to an infamous punishment may continue to be a cause for divorce, even if after a plenary pardon has been granted, continuing adultery and concubinage, on the part of a wife, having the custody of the children of the marriage, is more urgent.</p> <p>[Ed.
