<p>1. Contracts for Future Delivery—Mutuality.</p> <p>A contract to furnish an article, which is necessary to the operation of a factory of the second party, in such quantities as shall be needed, required, or consumed by such party during a specified time, is not without mutuality, and is valid and binding.</p> <p>¶1.
