Breathitt (Pennyrile) Parkway from its intersection with Interstate Route 24 to its intersection with Interstate 69 and the Western Kentucky Parkway as: (1) a high priority corridor on the National Highway System, (2) a segment of the Interstate System, and (3) Interstate Route I-169.
