Higher Education Transparency Act of 2019

This bill expands disclosure requirements for an institution of higher education (IHE) that participates in student assistance programs. Specifically, the bill requires an IHE to post online the full content of any agreement between the IHE and a foreign source that provides language and cultural teaching resources and services to its students.
