Territory Federal Matching Requirement Equity Act of 2021

This bill terminates the specified Medicaid federal matching rate, also known as the Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP), of 55% for U.S. territories. Under current law, a state's FMAP is generally based on the state's per capita income and may range from 50% to 83%.
