Child Care Accessibility Report and Evaluation Act of 2021 or the Child CARE Act of 2021
This bill requires the Administration for Children and Families to report on the regulations in each state relating to child care. The report must include the average cost of child care in each state and any effects of regulations that address the quality of child care on the cost and supply of child care.
