Suspension of Executive Order 13083
By the authority vested in me as President by the
Constitution and the laws of the United States of
America and in order to enable full and adequate
consultation with State and local elected officials,
their representative organizations, and other
interested parties, it is hereby ordered that Executive
Order 13083, entitled ``Federalism,'' is suspended.
