Abstract

This proposed rule would implement recommendations from the American Pecan Council (Council) to eliminate regional and size designations for sheller members, modify the nomination process for sheller members, adjust the requirements of the inter-handler transfer report form, and establish a late fee and interest charges for unpaid assessments. The rule will also propose two technical corrections.
