SUMMARY: On November 2, 2026, CMS published a notice in the Federal 
Register that sought comment on a collection of information concerning 
CMS-10599 (OMB control number 0938-1311) and titled ``Pre-Claim Review 
Demonstration For Home Health Services.'' The notice contained 
incorrect information regarding the subject information collection. 
This document corrects the error.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

I. Background

    In the November 2, 2026, issue of the Federal Register (91 FR 
68960), we published an emergency Paperwork Reduction Act notice 
requesting a 14-day public comment period for the information 
collection request identified under CMS-10599 (OMB control number 0938-
1311) and titled ``Pre-Claim Review Demonstration For Home Health 
Services.''

II. Explanation of Error

    In the November 2, 2026 (91 FR 68960) notice, the incorrect 
language is located in the right most column of page 68960, on the 35th 
line in the column, and begins with the word ``Providers'' and ends 
with the word ``Contractors.'' All other information contained in the 
November 2, 2026, notice is correct and remains unchanged. The related 
public

comment period remains in effect and ends November 16, 2026.

III. Correction of Error

    In FR Doc. 2026-22297 of November 2, 2026 (91 FR 68960), page 
68960, the language in the right most column, on the 35th line, 
beginning with the word ``Providers'' and ending with the word 
``Contractors,'' is to be removed. The option referenced in the 
language is no longer part of this information collection request.
