AGENCY: U.S. Small Business Administration.

ACTION: Amendment 1.

SUMMARY: This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a 
major disaster for the OGLALA SIOUX TRIBE (FEMA-4941-DR), dated 
September 1, 2026. Incident: Severe Storms, Straight-line Winds, and 
Flooding.

DATES: Issued on October 20, 2026.
    Incident Period: June 2, 2026 through June 4, 2026.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: November 30, 2026.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: June 1, 
2027.

    All other information in the original declaration remains 
unchanged.
