LLC; Hecate Energy Medway Energy Center LLC; Brough Storage, LLC; and
Partridge Storage, LLC (collectively, Project Companies) filed a
complaint and waiver request in the above-referenced docket. Project

an answer requesting a 10-day comment period for the waiver request and
a 20-day answer period for the complaint.
Upon consideration, notice is hereby given that Project Companies'
request for shortened comment period is partially granted. The deadline
for filing comments pertaining to the waiver request is hereby
shortened to 5:00 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.
