AGENCY: Susquehanna River Basin Commission.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice lists the minor modifications approved for 
previously approved projects by the Susquehanna River Basin Commission 
during the period set forth in DATES.

DATES: September 1-30, 2026.

projects, receiving approval of minor modification or a corrective 
modification, described below, pursuant to 18 CFR 806.18 or to 
Commission Resolution Nos. 2013-11 and 2015-06, for the time period 
specified above.
    1. Expand Operating LLC--Susquehanna River--Standing Stone Twp 
(Franklin) Docket No. 20260615, Standing Stone Township, Bradford 
County, Pa.; modification approval to change the intake design; 
Approval Date: September 2, 2026.
    2. New York State--Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historic 
Preservation--Indian Hills State Golf Course Docket No. 20260616, Towns 
of Erwin and Lindley, Steuben County, NY; modification approval to 
change the intake design; Approval Date: September 3, 2026.
