Judicial Conference
AGENCY: Judicial Conference of the United States, Committee on Rules of
Practice and Procedure.
ACTION: Notice of open meeting.

SUMMARY: The Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure will hold an
in-person meeting on January 5, 2027 in Washington, DC. The meeting
will be conducted in hybrid format with virtual attendance options
available. The meeting is open to the public for observation but not
participation. A meeting agenda and supporting materials will be posted

DATES: January 5, 2027 (meeting date) and December 29, 2026
(registration deadline for in-person observation).
