SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published notice in
the Federal Register of July 25, 2018 and October 20, 2023 in which
Commerce announced the final results of the first and second sunset
reviews of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on drawn stainless steel
sinks from the People's Republic of China (China). These notices
incorrectly stated an all-others rate of 8.61 percent.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Background
On July 25, 2018, Commerce published in the Federal Register the
Final Results of the first CVD sunset review of drawn stainless steel
sinks from China.\1\ On October 20, 2023, Commerce published in the
Federal Register the Final Results of the second CVD sunset review of
drawn stainless steel sinks from China.\2\ We incorrectly stated in
both notices that the all-others rate is 8.61 percent.

In the Federal Register of July 25, 2018, in FR Doc 2018-15883 on
page 35213, in the first column, correct the final line of the ``Net
subsidy rate %'' table (i.e., All Others) to state: ``8.51.''
In the Federal Register of October 20, 2023, in FR Doc 2023-23269
on page 72429, in the second column, correct the final line of the
``Subsidy rate (percent ad valorem)'' table (i.e., All Others) to
state: ``8.51.''
