Alaska Energy Authority Notice Soliciting Recommendations, Terms 
and Conditions, and Fishway Prescriptions for Application for Non-
Capacity Amendment of License

    On July 29, 2026, Commission staff issued a Notice of Application 
for Non-Capacity Amendment of License Accepted for Filing, Soliciting 
Comments, Motions to Intervene, and Protests for Alaska Energy 
Authority's Bradley Lake Project (No. 8221). The project is located on 
the Bradley River in Kenai Peninsula Borough, Alaska.
    The July 29, 2026 Notice established a deadline for filing 
comments, motions to intervene, and protests as August 28, 2026. Based 
on our review of comments filed pursuant to the notice we are 
requesting recommendations, terms and conditions, and fishway 
prescriptions due by November 30, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time and 
reply comments are due by January 14, 2027, by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
    The Commission strongly encourages electronic filing. Please file 
recommendations, terms, conditions and fishway prescriptions using the 
Commission's eFiling system at <a href="http://www.ferc.gov/docs-filing/efiling.asp">http://www.ferc.gov/docs-filing/efiling.asp</a>. For assistance, please contact FERC Online Support at
