ACTION: Payment advisory; correction.

SUMMARY: This document corrects a technical error in the payment 
advisory that appeared in the August 13, 2026, Federal Register titled 
``Medicare Program; Alternative Payment Model (APM) Incentive Payment 
Advisory for Clinicians--Request for Current Billing Information for 
Qualifying APM Participants''.

DATES: Applicability Date: This correcting document is applicable 
August 13, 2026.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

I. Background

    In FR Doc. 2026-16472 of August 13, 2026, entitled '' Medicare 
Program; Alternative Payment Model (APM) Incentive Payment Advisory for 
Clinicians-Request for Current Billing Information for Qualifying APM 
Participants'' (91 FR 52305), there was a technical error that is 
identified and corrected in this correcting document.

II. Summary of Errors

    On page 52305, we inadvertently did not provide a hyperlink 
corresponding to the web address where relevant QPs who anticipated 
receiving an APM Inventive Payment but have not received a payment, may 
provide CMS with updated Medicare billing information.''

III. Correction of Errors

    In FR Doc. 2026-16472 of August 13, 2026, (91 FR 52305), make the 
following correction:
    1. On page 52305, second column, third full paragraph, lines 10 and 
11, remove the phrase ``2026 QP Notice for APM Incentive'' and add in 
its place ``https://d2g5m5leph8kam.cloudfront.net/s3fs/s3fs-public/
2026-08/2026-qp-notice-for-apm-incentive-
payment.zip?VersionId=EfxfCWv.NH0e9Nd59vkJe6AGs8qa8bsK''.
