AGENCY: Postal Service.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: The Postal Service gives notice of the filing of a request 
with the Postal Regulatory Commission to transfer the Inbound PRIME 
Registered Service Agreement 1 and PRIME-USPS Registered Agreement from 
the competitive product list to the market dominant product list of the 
Mail Classification Schedule.

DATES: Applicable date: January 1, 2027.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On September 16, 2026, the United States 
Postal Service filed with the Postal Regulatory Commission a request to 
transfer the Inbound PRIME Registered Service Agreement 1 and the 
PRIME-USPS Registered Agreement to the market dominant product list, 
pursuant to 39 U.S.C. 3642 and 3622(c)(10), as well as 39 CFR 3040.130-
132 and 3040.220-222. Documents pertinent to this request are available 
at <a href="http://www.prc.gov">www.prc.gov</a>, Docket No. MC2026-387.
