Abstract
On September 9, 2026 the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA or Agency) proposed to repeal a final rule published in the Federal Register (FR) on December 2, 2024, partially approving and partially disapproving North Dakota's 2022 regional haze State Implementation Plan (SIP) submission for the second implementation period. The EPA proposed in the same action to approve the portions of North Dakota's 2022 SIP submission for the second implementation period that were disapproved in the EPA's 2024 partial approval/partial disapproval. The ADDRESSES section of the proposed rulemaking contained an incorrect Docket Identification Number (Docket ID No.) in the Federal Register. This document corrects an inadvertent typographical error in the Federal Register. This correction does not result in any substantive changes to the proposed rule.

ACTION: Proposed rule; reconsideration of final rule; correction.

SUMMARY: On September 9, 2026 the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
(EPA or Agency) proposed to repeal a final rule published in the
Federal Register (FR) on December 2, 2024, partially approving and
partially disapproving North Dakota's 2022 regional haze State
Implementation Plan (SIP) submission for the second implementation
period. The EPA proposed in the same action to approve the portions of
North Dakota's 2022 SIP submission for the second implementation period
that were disapproved in the EPA's 2024 partial approval/partial
disapproval. The ADDRESSES section of the proposed rulemaking contained

October 9, 2026.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The EPA is correcting the proposed
rulemaking, Air Plan Approval; Reconsideration and Repeal of Air Plan
Partial Approval and Partial Disapproval of North Dakota's Regional
Haze State Implementation Plan for the Second Implementation Period,
which was published in the Federal Register at 91 FR 57302, September
9, 2026. Following the publication of this document, the EPA discovered
there was an inadvertent typographical error in the docket number of
the proposed rule.
The EPA is correcting the following error published in the Federal
Register Document Number (FR Doc.) 2026-18290, which does not change
the proposed rule to repeal a final rule published in the Federal
Register (FR) on December 2, 2024. The EPA is correcting the Docket ID
No. in the document preamble ADDRESSES section to Docket ID No. EPA-
R08-OAR-2023-0495.
Correction
In the Federal Register of September 9, 2026, in FR Doc. 2026-
18290, appearing at 91 FR 57302 on page 57303, in the first column,
under ADDRESSES by correcting the Docket ID No. from ``Docket ID No.
EPA-R08-OAR-2024-0001'' to ``Docket ID No. EPA-R08-OAR-2023-0495''.
