Presidential Declaration Amendment of a Major Disaster for the 
State of Indiana

AGENCY: U.S. Small Business Administration.

ACTION: Amendment 2.

SUMMARY: This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a 
major disaster for the State of Indiana (FEMA-4933-DR), dated August 
25, 2026.
    Incident: Severe Storms, Straight-line Winds, Tornadoes, and 
Flooding.

DATES: Issued on September 24, 2026.
    Incident Period: August 11, 2026 through August 24, 2026.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: October 25, 2026.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: May 25, 
2027.

ADDRESSES: Visit the MySBA Loan Portal at <a href="https://lending.sba.gov">https://lending.sba.gov</a> to 
apply for a disaster assistance loan.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of the President's major disaster 
declaration for the State of Indiana, dated August 25, 2026, is hereby 
amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the 
disaster:

Primary Counties (Physical Damage and Economic Injury Loans): Cass, 
Pike, Putnam.
Contiguous Counties (Economic Injury Loans Only):
    Indiana: Daviess, Dubois, Gibson, Knox, Warrick.

    All other information in the original declaration remains 
unchanged.
