ACTION: Notice; extension of comment period.

SUMMARY: EPA issued a notice in the Federal Register of August 25,
2026, concerning a glyphosate open literature search to inform the
human health risk assessment. This document extends the comment period
for 60 days, from September 24, 2026, to November 23, 2026. The comment
period is being extended to allow for further meaningful input from
stakeholders.
DATES: Comments, identified by docket identification (ID) number EPA-
HQ-OPP-2009-0361, must be received on or before November 23, 2026.
