AGENCY: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Department of
Transportation (DOT).

SUMMARY: This notice contains a summary of a petition seeking relief
from specified requirements of Federal Aviation Regulations. The
purpose of this notice is to improve the public's awareness of, and
participation in, the FAA's exemption process. Neither publication of
this notice nor the inclusion nor omission of information in the
summary is intended to affect the legal status of the petition or its
final disposition.

number and must be received on or before October 14, 2026.

Petition for Exemption
Docket No.: FAA-2026-6469.
Petitioner: Victory Air, LLC.
Section(s) of 14 CFR Affected: Sec. 125.367.
Description of Relief Sought: Victory Air, LLC, requests relief
from Sec. 125.367 of Title 14, Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR),
to conduct Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations without designating
an alternate airport when destination weather forecasts are favorable.
This relief would allow flights to proceed without an alternate airport
provided that destination weather forecasts indicate a ceiling of at
least 2,000 feet above airport elevation and visibility of at least 3
statute miles from 1 hour before to 1 hour after the estimated time of
arrival.
