AGENCY: Office of Foreign Assets Control, Treasury.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets 
Control (OFAC) has removed from OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals 
and Blocked Persons List (SDN List) the names of persons whose property 
and interests in property had been blocked pursuant to Ethiopia 
sanctions authorities.

DATES: This action was issued on September 18, 2026. See SUPPLEMENTARY 
INFORMATION for relevant dates.

Notice of OFAC Actions

    The national emergency declared in Executive Order 14046 of 
September 17, 2021, ``Imposing Sanctions on Certain Persons With 
Respect to the Humanitarian and Human Rights Crisis in Ethiopia,'' was 
not continued in effect beyond September 17, 2026. Accordingly, the 
persons listed below, whose property had been blocked solely pursuant 
to the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, have been removed 
from the SDN List, and their property and interests in property subject 
to U.S. jurisdiction are no longer blocked.
