Abstract
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published a notice in the Federal Register of September 2026, in which Commerce amended the final results of the 2023-2024 administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on polyethylene terephthalate resin (PET resin) from the Sultanate of Oman (Oman) to correct a ministerial error. In that notice, Commerce identified an incorrect effective date for the amended final cash deposit requirements.

AGENCY: Enforcement and Compliance, International Trade Administration,
Department of Commerce.
ACTION: Notice; correction.

SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published a notice
in the Federal Register of September 2026, in which Commerce amended
the final results of the 2023-2024 administrative review of the
antidumping duty (AD) order on polyethylene terephthalate resin (PET

resin) from the Sultanate of Oman (Oman) to correct a ministerial
error. In that notice, Commerce identified an incorrect effective date
for the amended final cash deposit requirements.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Background
On September 2, 2026, Commerce published in the Federal Register
the amended final results of the 2023-2024 administrative review of the
AD order on PET resin from Oman.\1\ In that notice, Commerce
incorrectly stated that the amended final cash deposit rates would be
effective on or after the date of publication of the notice of amended
final results of review in the Federal Register rather than stating
that they are effective on or after the date of publication of the
notice of the final results of review in the Federal Register.

Correction
In the Federal Register of September 2, 2026, in FR Doc 2026-17981,
on page 56427, in the second column, replace the portion of the first
sentence of the ``Cash Deposit Requirements'' section up until ``(1)''
with ``The following cash deposit requirements are effective for all
shipments of the subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from
warehouse, for consumption on or after the date of publication of the
final results of this administrative review in the Federal Register, as
provided by section 751(a)(2)(C) of the Act:''
Notification to Interested Parties
This notice is issued and published in accordance with sections
751(a)(1) and 777(i) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, and 19 CFR
351.224(e).
