Abstract

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published its final results of the 2023-2024 antidumping duty administrative review in the Federal Register on April 7, 2026, in which Commerce calculated a weighted-average dumping margin of 0.00 percent for the sole mandatory respondent, POSCO/POSCO International Corporation. Commerce is reopening the 2023-2024 antidumping duty administrative review, reopening the record, and reconsidering those final results in light of new evidence of possible fraud that potentially affects the integrity of those final results.
