expire on 1/31/2027. These record-keeping requirements are not new and
do not require reporting to the Secretary. The record keeping
requirements outlined in this IC were created to reflect the
requirements in Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education
Act (IDEA) in 20 U.S.C. 1431-1443 and the final Part C regulations.
These regulations require the 56 State lead agencies (LAs) that receive

the public. This Information Collection was created to ensure that all
IDEA Part C information responsibilities are documented and have been
submitted for OMB review.
