The application seeks NRC approval of the indirect transfer of the facility operating licenses, materials licenses, and general licenses for Surry Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2 (Surry); North Anna Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2 (North Anna); Virgil C.
