Abstract
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is planning to submit an information collection request (ICR), Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) Hazardous Chemical Inventory Reporting (EPA ICR Number 1352.19, OMB Control Number 2050-0072) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA). This is a proposed extension of the ICR, which is currently approved through August 31, 2026. Public comments were previously requested via the Federal Register on April 9, 2026, during a 60-day comment period. This notice allows for an additional 30 days for public comments.
