Abstract

The Secretary of Department of Homeland Security, through the U.S. Coast Guard, is establishing the U.S. Coast Guard Academy Board of Visitors (Board) as a federal advisory committee. The Board shall review and make recommendations on the operation of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
