Abstract
Notice is hereby given that on August 19, 2026, the presiding administrative law judge ("ALJ") issued a Recommended Determination regarding public interest should a violation be found in the above- captioned investigation. The Commission is extending the deadline for submissions on public interest issues should the Commission find a violation that was set in the notice dated August 11, 2026. This notice and the prior notice are soliciting comments from the public and interested government agencies only.
