facilities, without any change to the authorized installed or hydraulic
capabilities of the project. Fish rearing infrastructure previously
conducted in sections of the retired fish ladder will be replaced with
modern tanks and related infrastructure adjacent to the Fish Handling
Facility. Facilities of the Pelton Adult Fish Trap associated with
sorting, holding, and transport preparation will be modernized or
reconfigured. Removal or replacement of select infrastructure no longer
required for fish passage or rearing would occur. Improvements to
access roads, site layout and support facilities would occur in order
to support construction and long-term operation and maintenance of the
new facilities.
