    On August 3, 2026, pursuant to Rule 212 of the Commission's Rules 
of Practice and Procedure,\1\ Silver Run Electric, LLC (Silver Run) 
filed a motion to hold the show cause proceeding in Docket No. EL26-67-
000 in abeyance for 90 days. Silver Run requests that the Commission 
shorten the answer period for the motion to five days, such that 
answers to the motion would be due on or by Monday, August 10, 2026.
