On August 3, 2026, pursuant to Rule 212 of the Commission's Rules
of Practice and Procedure,\1\ California Independent System Operator
Corporation; DCR Transmission, L.L.C.; and Joint Participating
Transmission Owners (PTOs) \2\ each filed motions to hold the show
cause proceeding in Docket No. EL26-71-000 in abeyance for 90 days.
Also on August 3, 2026, Six Cities \3\ filed a conditional motion to
hold the show cause proceeding in Docket No. EL26-71-000 in abeyance
for 90 days.\4\
