On July 31, 2026, pursuant to Rule 212 of the Commission's Rules of
Practice and Procedure,\1\ the Cities of Anaheim, Azusa, Banning,
Colton, Pasadena, and Riverside, California (Six Cities) filed a motion
to rescind the June 18, 2026, show cause order issued by the Commission
in the above-referenced proceeding \2\ as directed to each of the Six
Cities as Participating Transmission Owners in the California
Independent System Operator Corporation. Six Cities request that the
Commission waive the answer period applicable to this motion.

On August 3, 2026, pursuant to Rule 212 of the Commission's Rules
of Practice and Procedure, Western Area Power Administration (WAPA)
filed a motion to rescind the June 18, 2026, show cause order issued by
the Commission in the above-referenced proceeding as directed to WAPA
in its capacity as a Participating Transmission Owner in the California
Independent System Operator Corporation. WAPA requests that the
Commission waive the answer period applicable to this motion.
Upon consideration, notice is hereby given that answers in response
to the motions are due by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on August 7, 2026.
