ACTION: Amendment 2.

SUMMARY: This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a
major disaster for the State of Louisiana (FEMA-4927-DR), dated June
30, 2026. Incident: Tropical Storm Arthur.
DATES: Issued on August 3, 2026.
Incident Period: June 17, 2026 through June 24, 2026.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: August 31, 2026.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: March 30,
2027.

apply for a disaster assistance loan.

unchanged.
