SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On February 6, 2026, the Commission
established a schedule for investigation No. TA-201-075 (Evaluation),
Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic (``CSPV'') Cells (Whether or Not
Partially or Fully Assembled Into Other Products) (``CSPV products''),
for the purpose of evaluating the effectiveness of the relief action
imposed by the President on imports of CSPV products under section 203
of the Trade Act of 1974, which terminated on February 6, 2026 (91 FR
12814, March 17, 2026). On June 5, 2026, counsel for the Alliance for
American Solar Manufacturing and Trade (``the Alliance'') \1\ and
Hanwha Q Cells USA, Inc. (``Hanwha'') filed requests to appear at the
hearing. No other parties submitted a request to appear at the hearing.
On June 8, 2026, counsel for the Alliance and Hanwha withdrew their
requests to appear at the hearing and filed a request that the
Commission cancel the scheduled hearing for this proceeding.
Consequently, the public hearing in connection with this proceeding,
scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. on June 12, 2026, is cancelled. Parties
to this proceeding should respond to any written questions posed by the
Commission in their posthearing briefs, which are due to be filed on
June 22, 2026.
