Abstract
New York City, through the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) and the New York Department of City Planning (DCP), intend to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed Fulton Park Redevelopment project in Brooklyn, New York.
