MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED: The Commission will hear oral argument in the 
matter: Wanda Palo v. U.S. Steel Corporation, Docket No. LAKE 2023-
0202-DM (Issues include whether the Judge erred in concluding that the 
operator did not discriminate against the miner in violation of section 
105(c) of the Mine Act).
    Any person attending this meeting who requires special

interpreters, must inform the Commission in advance of those needs.
