Notice of Department of State Sanctions Action
ACTION: Notice of Department of State sanctions actions pursuant to the
Executive Order imposing sanctions on the International Criminal Court.

SUMMARY: The Department of State is publishing the names of one or more
persons that have been placed on the Department of the Treasury's List
of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN List)
administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

Notice of Department of State Actions
On June 5, 2025, the Secretary of State, in consultation with the
Secretary of the Treasury and the Attorney General, determined that the
property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of the
following persons are blocked under Executive Order (E.O.) 14203
``Imposing Sanctions on the International Criminal Court''.
Individuals
1. BOSSA, Solomy Balungi, The Hague, Netherlands; DOB 14 Apr 1956;
POB Kampala, Uganda; nationality Uganda; Gender Female; Passport

Designated pursuant to section 1(a)(ii)(A) of E.O. 14203, for
having directly engaged in any effort by the International Criminal
Court (ICC) to investigate, arrest, detain, or prosecute a protected
person without consent of that person's country of nationality.
